| SAVE THIS BUG PROJECT - I collected this beetle for parts - But it seems a shame.. its a 1970 beetle, rolling project with no engine or front seats, it came off the road a few years back for welding... it still needs it doing... Realistically it needs floors and heater channels... but you might get away with less? - Interested? - Talk to me before its too late.. Its a CHEAP project... |

| 1303 Beetle, MOT TO October 2010, Registered Feb 1st 1973, 67000 miles from new, 1300cc so cheap road tax (it is taxed to the end of April 2010), has lots of history and original service books, one family from new, Good, solid, straight car, a little tatty round the edges as you would expect for an un restored car, but a great basis for restoration as all the important stuff is good, the floors, gutters, etc are all excellent and the doors close nicely, Mechanically, the gearbox and engine are lovely as you would expect from such low miles, the interior is tidy, but the drivers seat and rubber floor mat are showing their age... Its just had some welding done to the rears of the heater channels and the boot floor area and doesn't appear to have had much other welding done before this - £2499 ono as it is so original - AS SEEN ON TV! - This bug is shortly to appear on Living TV.. keep your eyes open! |

| 1981 Air Cooled T25 LHD Westfalia Atlantic High Top Camper, MOT to September 30th 2010, Tax to End March 2010, The Speedo is showing about 223000 KMS - about 137000 miles. It has the Full Westy interior with full width Rock N Roll Bed, Double bed in the roof, Hob, Sink, Fridge, Trumatic Warm Air Heating etc (not yet tested) .. The interior is a little tatty and Grubby, but is cleaning up nicely. The exterior is Tatty, it needs TLC in some places (under front and one side window, drivers side front step and lower front panel are worst spots) Mechanically, it is a 1600 Air Cooled, its just had oil and filter change and rotor arm and cap, it had been standing for 8 years before this recent MOT, so I am still in the "testing" phase but have now managed to clock up over 400kms with no problems, the engine sounds nice, It has new front pads, New Front Flexi Hoses, New rear flexi Hoses, New Roll bar Bushes, new Steering rack gaiters and more.. The van appears to have been imported from Germany in 1992. I have some paperwork with it. - £2999 ono as is. (it even comes with a spare engine if you want it?) |
